IVMED Egg bank

IVF with Own Eggs

This method is used when a woman’s eggs remain functional but natural conception is not possible. The treatment includes steps from ovarian stimulation to embryo transfer, offering the chance to have a genetically related child.

How the program works

We help couples achieve pregnancy by stimulating, retrieving, and fertilizing high-quality eggs in a controlled, personalized process

1

1

Initial couple examination

Male: semen analysis, hormonal profile, infection tests.
Female: general and hormonal tests, infection screening, pelvic ultrasound, ovarian reserve assessment (AMH, AFC), specialist consultations if needed.

2

2

Ovulation stimulation

After evaluating hormones and ovarian reserve, a personalized ovarian stimulation protocol is prescribed to produce multiple eggs over 10–12 days, monitored by ultrasound and hormone levels.

3

3

Follicle puncture

Mature follicles are collected under intravenous anesthesia, and eggs are fertilized the same day with partner’s or donor sperm.

4

4

Embryo cultivation

Fertilized eggs develop in incubators for 5–6 days to the blastocyst stage, followed by either embryo transfer or freezing for delayed transfer or genetic testing.

Success rates depend on age, egg quality, and individual health factors. Women under 35 generally have higher chances of pregnancy compared to older age groups.

The procedure is performed under intravenous anesthesia, making it painless. Mature eggs are collected and fertilized with sperm the same day.
