Who is this program for?
Our program is designed for women who are unable to conceive with their own oocytes due to medical or age-related reasons.
Women in menopause
Women who have not had menstrual cycles for more than a year and have a very low or absent ovarian reserve
Women with premature ovarian insufficiency (POI)
Affected by endometriosis, prior ovarian surgeries like cyst removal, or severe somatic and autoimmune disorders.
Couples with genetic concerns
Cases where genetic risks prevent the safe use of the woman’s own oocytes, and donor eggs provide a healthier reproductive option.

How the program works
We guide couples step by step — from donor selection to embryo transfer — ensuring medical safety and personalized support.
1
1
Initial couple examination
Male: semen analysis, infectious disease screening, blood tests.
Female: full clinical and diagnostic evaluation, including hormonal and infectious tests, pelvic and breast ultrasound, cardiovascular assessment, and consultations with specialists.
2
2
Donor selection
The couple fills out a questionnaire with desired donor characteristics (height, weight, eye color, hair color, etc.). Donor is selected based on physical resemblance, medical compatibility, and reproductive potential.
- Couples may choose from our catalog of over 250 donors of diverse backgrounds.
- All donors undergo comprehensive testing: hormonal, genetic (screened for 400+ hereditary diseases), and infectious.
- Genetic matching between donor and intended father can be performed to minimize risks for the future child.
- Donor eggs can be obtained from previously vitrified oocytes or via a fresh stimulation cycle.
3
3
Egg retrieval
Depending on the donor’s reproductive history and program specifics, 8, 12, or 16 donor oocytes may be provided for fertilization.
4
4
Fertilization
Donor eggs are fertilized with the partner’s or donor sperm on the day of retrieval or thawing.
5
5
Embryo culture
Embryos are cultivated in the laboratory for 5–6 days until they reach the blastocyst stage.
6
6
Genetic testing (if indicated)
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A) may be performed to identify chromosomally normal embryos before transfer.
7
7
Endometrial preparation and transfer
The intended mother undergoes hormonal therapy to prepare the endometrium for implantation. The selected embryo is then transferred into the uterus.

F.A.Q.
Get answers to common questions about our IVF program
Can we choose a donor ourselves?
Yes. Couples may review the donor catalog and select a donor based on physical, medical, and genetic compatibility.
What are the options after embryo culture?
A fresh embryo transfer can be performed, or embryos can be frozen for delayed transfer, genetic testing, or future use.
What is the success rate of donor egg IVF?
Success rates are generally higher than IVF with own eggs, especially in women with reduced ovarian reserve, because donor oocytes usually come from young, healthy women.
Can we use frozen donor eggs?
Yes. Both frozen donor oocytes and fresh donor stimulation cycles are available, depending on the couple’s needs and program choice.
